After the charging was completed, it was properly physically disconnected. That's an interesting gimmick, isn't it?
You can choose between two modes: low-power charging mode (green LED) and normal mode (white LED).
White is for charging smartphones and tablets, green is for charging handheld fans, electric shavers, etc.
In the photo, it looks like metal with an aluminum-like texture, but the actual product is plastic.
So, it's not that plastic is bad, but rather that it's designed to be very lightweight, which means it doesn't put any strain on the Type-C port.
It's very small and light, but also convenient and safe, so I thought it's a good item to have on hand.

It works, although not as advertised; when the battery is at 95%, it disconnects. Still, it's a very good option to avoid leaving your phone connected all night.
